Going on several months since I made bread; Michelle's church snatched up my bread knife like it does souls! I wish she would put down the tambourine and search the place for the d _ _ n knife!

The lead shot just passes on through, no big deal

We have a legislator here in Iowa who is a hunter who doubts the many studies of the impact of lead shot. He said, more or less, that one may bite a lead shot or even swallow one and he went on to say that it just harmlessly passes on through. So I talked back to the radio and said; Ya, passing through but taking time to peculate in the stomach so it can pass into the intestine so the intestine can absorb the nutrients from the contents of the stomach such as food and the lead shot, would that be a situation of lead poisoning?

XL pipeline and jobs; regardless the real numbers of how many jobs it would create, I have the perfect answer for the republicans; a multi-lane highway! Highway = construction = workers. Finished highway = lots of truckers, we are talking real convoys! Look at the truck manufactures who will have to build a lot of new trucks for newly employed drivers, drivers who will need to go to driving school. The need to build  'gas stations' and the accompanying restaurants (cooks and waitresses) all along the route. BUT WAIT, there is more I betcha. The real kicker is that you will not have to worry about mother-nature, it will be gone and replaced with human nature.

Michelle's youngest son has run away from home with his girlfriend. They are heading SE to a lot warmer climate. OH, I forgot to mention that he left a wife and baby at home, at least he waited a couple days before he took up with someone new, honest-to-goodness, he is swell like that, considerate and loyal to the end.

Is the hatred for Obama this palpable that "Mike O'Neal, Kansas House Speaker" would use a biblical verse, 109:8, that says "May his days be few; may another take his place of leadership." that is followed by the next verse that says "May his children be fatherless and his wife a widow."  Wow, let us draw a line in the sand and dare others to cross it. 40oz beer bottle caps are a little hard on the inside of ones thumb. The callous that has protected my thumb until now has become rather sore in recent days. Why? Two reasons are now offered up. One; I am drinking more; morning, noon and night. Two; some caps just do not like to break their bindings. The cap at these times only wants me to suffer mentally and physically.

Burning my bridges.

On my Burning bridges; I am wandering away from my latest bridge burning. This one involves my oldest son who is, I believe somewhat like me, a loner. For some years his wife had her friend tell me to contact them. I didn't. Then one day Michelle saw him and did what I told her not to do... give out my cell # to people! She did, he called twice... so I think ignoring the calls will fix that fire fighting effort. I believe I have finally eliminate family relations by now. When I did not attend my mothers funeral, that got rid of my brother and wife...

Quitting glass for now and maybe forever.
